Wells Fargo has a second chance "Opportunity Checking" for individuals that has had problems opening up a bank account because of their Chexxyxtems report.

Woodforest Bank offers people a 2nd chance bank account if you had previous bank account problems that were reported to the Chexxsystems.
You will need a minimum of $25 to open the account and have to pay a monthly service charge of $7.95 with direct deposit or $9.95 without direct deposit along with a $9.00 one-time account set up fee.
