CommonWealth One Federal Credit Union offers a second chance checking account with no minimum balance requirement, free online branch access, free mobile text & web banking, free E-Statements, surcharge-free ATM access, free Visa® debit card, and free telephone banking.
To qualify for this program a applicant must complete a Balance Track Course either in a CommonWealth One Federal Credit Union branch or online, sign up for E-Statements, agree to a $10 monthly service fee and have a minimum direct deposit of $100 a month.
